About the President

Philip Storey, FCMA, ACA, AICPA Intl Affil.,  is an accomplished global financial executive with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and company start ups in North America, Europe and Asia. He has superb post-acquisition integration skills having created companies generating in excess of $2B sales revenue from over 35 acquisitions and start ups. Storey was instrumental in the funding of these acquisitions through initiating and executing selected divestiture of non-core businesses generating proceeds of $1.5B.

Storey has provided financial leadership and management of service and manufacturing companies competing in the aerospace, automotive, aviation, construction, electronics, engineering and nonwovens business sectors in more than 20 countries. Prior to his current role he held the position of Vice President, Finance & Business Development of a $1B dollar global company where he provided the financial leadership to transition the company from fifth to second largest within a highly competitive industrial sector, culminating in a successful public listing.

Storey is highly experienced in transforming finance from a transactional/tactical function to a value-adding contributor and has a proven ability to achieve profitable business growth following implementation of a number of restructuring initiatives. His track record demonstrates consistent year on year profit improvement through effectively driving significant process improvements, implementing ERP solutions, establishing and launching product costing programs and introducing shared services in North America and Europe. Particularly adept at managing working capital to meet operating liquidity needs, Storey’s expertise has created focused, strong and sustainable cash generating companies in a variety of industries and circumstances.

In addition to being at the leading edge of financial developments, Storey is involved in several global business networks and is an active member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
